A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your space. You may pay in full or choose to pay the deposit and enroll in auto-payment installments. Cancellations and Refunds

• 90+ days before departure: Refund of all payments minus the $500 deposit.

• 31–89 days before departure: 50% refund minus the $500 deposit, or 50% credit toward a future tour (valid for 12 months from the original departure date).

• 0–30 days before departure: No refund. Credit may be offered at the company’s discretion in the case of emergencies.

If we must cancel a tour, all payments made to Ecovillage Tours will be fully refunded. Once this occurs, Ecovillage Tours and its representatives have no further obligations regarding additional costs such as airline tickets or independent travel arrangements.
